At just 22, Aaden Darr, a transgender man from Charleston, West Virginia, defied societal norms by realizing his dream of becoming a biological parent. Coming out as transgender at 16, Aaden underwent testosterone treatment but paused it to pursue fatherhood. After six rounds of artificial insemination, he successfully became pregnant with twins in August 2020.
