Easy Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

Prepare a comforting Chicken Noodle Soup with these ingredients: 1 pound of chicken, 8 cups of chicken broth, water, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, bay leaf, thyme, parsley, salt, pepper, and egg noodles.

  1. Chicken Prep: Cut chicken into pieces or leave thighs whole. Brown in a pan for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
