OJ Simpson In Hot Water Over Hat Spotted In Background Of Photo He Posted Online

O.J. Simpson, infamous for his past, stirred controversy on Christmas by sharing a festive photo on December 25th, wishing his followers a Merry Christmas. The image, however, revealed a MAGA hat in the background, prompting outrage. Some fans expressed their anger, with one remarking, “Why are y’all surprised that this man is a Tr*mp supporter?” Another stated, “yeah oj is cancelled.” A third commenter mused on the irony, saying, “Imagine telling someone 10 years Ago OJ was going to be cancelled for having a Donald Trump hat on his shelf in a Christmas Picture.”

Simpson, once a well-known athlete and broadcaster, is primarily recognized for the controversial murder trial of his wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ron Goldman. Although he was acquitted in criminal court, a civil trial found him responsible for both deaths. He later faced legal troubles in 2007, leading to a 33-year prison sentence, which he began serving at the Lovelock Correctional Center. Simpson was granted parole on July 20, 2017.
