Actor Harrison Ford, 75, played the role of a real-life hero when he assisted a woman involved in a car crash on California State Route 126. Ford and other drivers stopped to aid the woman, whose vehicle had veered off the road and rolled over, hitting a tree. According to Santa Paula Police Department Senior Officer Matt Alonzo, Ford and a friend, driving behind the woman, acted as good Samaritans. They managed to remove her from the vehicle before emergency services arrived. Fortunately, the woman sustained only minor injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital.
This isn’t Ford’s first involvement in aiding traffic incidents. Previously, he directed traffic in New York City after a crash near the Midtown Tunnel, showcasing his willingness to assist in unexpected situations.
However, Ford’s past includes aviation incidents, with two crashes since 2015. One involved flying over a commercial jet, and the other was a crash landing at a golf course, causing injuries. Despite these events, Ford continues to engage in his passion for flying.
In the recent highway incident, Ford’s quick response highlighted his commitment to helping others in distress, a testament to his real-life heroism.
