Rand Paul puts POTUS on notice, will oppose any federal spending package with money for Ukraine

GOP Senator Rand Paul puts the Democrats and Joe Biden administration on notice by telling them he will oppose and federal funding package that contains more money for Ukraine. Many Americans are already fed up with all the money going to Ukraine when places like Maui seemed to be second in line for getting help.

Rand Paul said on X: “Today I’m putting congressional leadership & @POTUS on notice that I will oppose any effort to hold the federal government hostage for Ukraine funding. I will not consent to expedited passage of any spending measure that provides any more US aid to Ukraine.”
