In 1993, Tomm Tennent was born with an extraordinary condition, having an excess of skin that astonished doctors. His father, Geoff Tennent, recalled the shocking moment, stating, “When he came out I was quite shocked (…) I didn’t think a human, or a little baby, could ever look like that.” Tomm’s family learned about his uniqueness during ultrasounds, unsure whether to proceed.
