Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

This dish brings together tender chicken and creamy pasta for a comforting meal described as “the perfect balance of comfort and flavor.” It features juicy, golden chicken bites coated in a garlic butter sauce and paired with a rich Parmesan pasta. The result is a simple recipe that still feels special, as it is “quick enough for a weeknight but tastes like something from your favorite restaurant!”

To prepare the chicken, bite-sized pieces are seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cooked in olive oil until golden and fully cooked. Butter and minced garlic are added to the pan to create a flavorful coating, allowing the chicken to absorb the rich garlic butter. Once done, the chicken is set aside while the remaining sauce stays in the pan for added depth in the next steps.

The pasta is cooked separately in salted boiling water until al dente. A small amount of pasta water is reserved to help adjust the sauce later if needed. This step ensures the final texture remains smooth and well-balanced when everything is combined.

The creamy Parmesan sauce is made in the same pan used for the chicken. Butter and garlic are briefly sautéed, then chicken broth and heavy cream are added. Grated Parmesan cheese is stirred in gradually until melted and smooth, creating a thick and savory sauce that can be adjusted with reserved pasta water if it becomes too dense.

Finally, the cooked pasta is tossed in the sauce, then the garlic butter chicken is returned to the pan and combined. The dish is served hot, optionally finished with extra garlic butter and fresh parsley, making a complete and satisfying meal that pairs well with garlic bread or a light salad.
