Baby Reaches For Parents’ Hands At Dinner Table & Joins Them In Prayer

Many parents hold hopes for their children to follow in their footsteps and uphold the same principles and values that they, too, have. It wouldn’t be a surprise if many parents wanted their children to grow up to be kind, compassionate, caring and empathetic individuals who are self-assured, expressive and have the courage of their convictions.

Many parents also hand down their religious values to their children as it is an important aspect of their lives. Such was the case for parents John and Liz Incorvaia, who managed to teach their infant daughter Eloise Incorvaia the importance of being appreciative of life’s blessings.

When it’s time to pray at the dinner table, many parents like to try to get their children to say a little prayer as well. Parents also take their children to church sometimes so that they can learn how to pray and learn about God.

Children who are young and can’t talk well might not always understand the concept of religion. One little girl showed her parents that she does know how to pray in an adorable manner. Her parents, Liz and John Incorvaia, took this video back in 2016 when the family lived in Indiana. As the family was getting ready to eat dinner one evening, the parents put their little girl in her highchair while everyone else sat down. They started to say a prayer over the meal, wanting to demonstrate the importance of thanking the Lord for the food that they had.

Since the little girl was just a baby, her parents didn’t know if she was able to grasp the concept of praying. Her father soon urged the family to close their eyes and pray, and the little girl held her father’s hand
